To ensure quality and precision in our manufacturing, we place great value on our long-established team of 50+ highly skilled engineers. Most joined us as apprentices and have developed their skills and expertise with us over many years, creating a well-knit team with extensive practical experience of day-to-day manufacturing. We ensure their extensive knowledge is continually updated with ongoing training on the latest equipment and software.
We complete all manufacturing in our modern 20,000 square foot premises in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Substantial investment ensures our engineers employ up-to-date equipment to complete projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. Our extensive workshop facilities include state-of-the art laser machinery and presses with 24-hour production managed by a comprehensive job tracking system. This is supported by access to a large stock of raw materials.
We take great care over everything we do and our dedicated quality team inspects and verify all work we carry out. This is backed by quality accreditations including ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety).
